Weekend Hygiene Team Leader – Bridlington YO15

Location: Bridlington, YO15

Pay Rate: £14.99 per hour (based on £13.79 + £1.20 hourly shift bonus)

Hours: Friday, Saturday & Sunday – 6:00am to 6:00pm

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a Weekend Hygiene Team Leader to join a well-established food production site based in the Bridlington (YO15) area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous hygiene or supervisory experience in a food factory environment, looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Details:

£14.99 per hour

36-hour working week

Working Friday, Saturday and Sunday

12 hour shifts

Have Monday to Thursday of

3 x 20-minute paid breaks per shift

Leading a small hygiene team

Temp to perm opportunity

Duties include:

Supervising a small team of hygiene operatives during weekend shifts

Ensuring high standards of cleanliness across production areas

Completing hygiene records and supporting audits

Assisting with training and onboarding of new team members

Liaising with management and other departments to ensure hygiene compliance

Requirements:

Previous hygiene or food factory experience preferred

Leadership or supervisory experience beneficial

Must have own transport due to location

Good communication and organisation skills

A proactive, hands-on approach
