Description
Location: Redditch
Pay: GBP12.41, potentially increasing to GBP12.88 after probation period
Hours: 07:15–16:15 Mon–Thu , 07:15–12:15 Fri – 39 hrs/week
Duties
Receive, inspect, record, store, and dispatch materials.Load/unload vehicles using forklifts or pallet trucksMaintain stock accuracy and conduct regular stock checksSupply materials to production and move large/heavy items with lifting equipment.Complete delivery notes and digital recordsWork with Production, Quality, and Purchasing to maintain material flowMaintain a clean, safe warehouse; follow all H&S and PPE rules.Support recycling, yard upkeep (incl. snow/ice), and spill response.
Required
Warehouse/manufacturing/logistics experience.Good accuracy, communication, and teamwork.Able to work to deadlines in a fast–paced environment.Valid Counterbalance/Reach licence (Bendi/Flexi preferred).Basic computer skills (Excel, email, stock systems).
