Description

Not all production environments are the same, our client is looking for hands on staff that are all about the quality of their work over careless speed. The team leader on this project has been with the business more than 10 years and knows how to develop staff and teach life long skills for a healthy and long career within the industry.

This role is based in Wellingborough and is a temp to perm opportunity for the right person, the hours are 7.30 – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am until 12.30pm on a Friday.

We are looking for someone to join our sole department, ideally you will have shoe making experience to be able to slot in to this role.

What You'll Do:

As an operative, you will be at the heart of our production line, contributing to the creation of high–quality goods. Your responsibilities will include:

Assembling components with precision and care

Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently

Conducting quality checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards

Collaborating with team members to meet production targets

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
