Description
Thrive Oldham are recruiting for a Picker with at least 12months warehouse experience using LLop truck/PPT in the warehouse for our well established client in Chadderton.
we are looking for an immediate start, experience in picking roles and IT knowledge (Office knowledge and use of warehousing software). Any warehouse vehicle machinery certificates or experience in driving LLOP/PPT/FLT is a plus. Candidates would be open to do overtime with short or same day notice according to business needs. Candidates would need to be comfortable with doing walk picking as training for vehicles is not performed until the training has finished.
Picking items and transporting them to the packing area. Heavy lifting may be involved, therefore candidates must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job. You must be able to reach daily targets given by your supervisor.
Must be able to read and follow instructions in English language, plus have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, no prebooked holidays and be a team player. Your CV must be updated until now.
Rate of pay: 12.21 per hour
Area: Chadderton
Hours: Monday – Friday 12 lunch time – 8pm with flexibility to work overtime/additional hours
Assignment: Temporary/ongoing
PLEASE NOTE: Prior to starting with our client a rapid drug screening test and DBS check will be required on all successful candidates, candidate should not have any preeboked holidays.
