Dispatch Operatives (4 on 4 off) – Day or Night Shifts

Location: Newton Heath

Shifts: 6:30AM–6:30PM or 6:30PM–6:30AM

Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour

Industry: Food Manufacturing

We are recruiting Dispatch Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing site in Newton Heath. This is a long–term ongoing role with a steady 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Job Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatchLoading/unloading goodsUsing handheld scanners (training provided)Ensuring accurate stock rotation and labellingWorking to site safety and food industry standardsKeeping the dispatch area clean, organised, and efficientRequirements

Experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics preferredAbility to work 12–hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off patternGood attention to detail and accuracyReliable and able to work in a fast–paced environmentPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handlingBenefits
