Blending Operator Birkenhead, Wirral Full Time Competitive Salary

Our client is a privately–owned company specialising in the production and supply of household laundry and cleaning products. They supply a number of national and international customers with their own brand of laundry and cleaning products.

They have laboratory, blending, and packing facilities at their Birkenhead premises to produce household, laundry, and cleaning products. They develop, scale up, and produce all formulations in–house.

Their team develops formulations to match briefs from customers, which are then blended and packaged at their manufacturing facilities in Birkenhead.

They are currently seeking a full–time Blending Operators to join their expanding team at the production site.

Working Hours:

Shift–based, rotating weekly:

Week 1: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 am 2:00 pm (Saturday only when needed)Week 2: Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm 10:00 pm Are you the right person for the job?

Experience in handling and blending chemicalsExperience working in a production environmentSupervision of personnel would be advantageousForklift license would be advantageous What will your role look like?

Weighing and measuring chemicalsBlending chemicals in mixing tanksChecking of blended products to be within set specificationsMaintaining accurate production recordsFollowing instructions and maintaining attention to detailComplying with health and safety regulationsEnsuring operating procedures are followedReporting to the Blending Supervisor and Operations Manager What can you expect in return?
