Assembly Operative Benefits:

Static shifts available on Day Shift – Monday to Thursday 07:30am – 4pm & Friday 07:30am – 3pmTotal: 39 hours per week paid weeklyStart date: ASAPPay Rates: 13.23 per hourContract: Temporary to PermanentLocation: Huthwaite, Sutton in Ashfield, NG17Assembly Operative Duties:

Building and assembling panel doors and mirrored doors for WardrobesWorking on a bench areaUsing hand toolsQuality checking of materials and finished productsPacking and taping itemsWorking with wood, panels and mirrorsFollowing instructionsManual handling large itemsGeneral HousekeepingWorking on your own and as part of a teamMinimum daily requirements (production targets)There is potential for this role to progress into a charge–hand in the futureAssembly Operative Criteria:

Previous assembly/manufacturing experience – preferred but not essentialHard working, reliable and punctualExperience of operating and using hand toolsExperience of joinery/carpentry preferred but not essentialStrong attention to detailAbility to follow instructionsGood work ethic and prepared to learn new skills Please note this is a very physically demanding role and requires regular manual handling as part of the day to day duties
