TOP SPEC MODEL - FAST PROJECT LAPTOP
I am selling my MacBook Pro 15-inch (Mid 2014). This is the highest specification model available from that year with the powerful 2.8GHz i7 processor and the massive 1TB Apple SSD.
It is still a very fast, capable machine, but I am listing it as SPARES OR REPAIR because of the following issues:
- Battery: Needs replacing. Currently lasts about 15 mins. Works perfectly when plugged into the charger.
- Speakers: Both speakers are blown/distorted. Sound works perfectly via headphones.
- Cosmetic: Heavy wear on the wrist rest and a minor mark on the screen edge (doesn't affect display area).
The Good News:
- Works great when plugged in (charger included).
- The 1TB SSD alone is worth ~£130 used.
- Screen is bright and clear (Retina display).
Great for a desk setup with headphones, or a project for someone to fix up.
