Role Overview

An established waste management and recycling company is looking for a reliable Weighbridge Operator to join their team. The role is crucial in ensuring smooth site operations, accurate vehicle weighing, and excellent customer service. You will be a key point of contact for drivers and visitors to the site while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

Operate the weighbridge for main site Direct traffic on site and ensure the safe movement of vehicles Maintain compliance with health and safety, environmental, and company policies Liaise with customers and drivers professionally, both in person and via phone or email Record weights and manage transactions using the AMCS system Provide support with general administrative duties as required Candidate Requirements

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience interacting with drivers or customers in a transport, logistics, or industrial setting Desirable

Previous experience operating a weighbridge Familiarity with AMCS software or similar systems Benefits
