Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead their AM operation from 6am to 2pm at their Manchester facility.

The Role:

As Warehouse Shift Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the efficient running of the morning shift. You'll lead, motivate and develop a team to meet performance KPIs while ensuring all operations are conducted in line with health & safety, compliance and service level expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day–to–day warehouse operations for the AM shiftSupervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring high productivity and moraleEnsure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on timeMaintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environmentIdentify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiativesMonitor stock integrity, investigate discrepancies, and liaise with inventory teamsProvide regular reports to the Warehouse Manager and support wider business projects

About You:

Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or shift management roleStrong leadership and people management skillsComfortable working in a fast–paced, regulated environmentKnowledge of health & safety and warehouse best practicesExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesExperience within a healthcare, pharmaceutical or similar distribution environment is desirable but not essential
