We are seeking an agile results–oriented Warehouse Operations Director to lead and optimise warehouse operations. This role will support a national footprint, and requires a focused leader to ensure seamless warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement.

Description

As the Warehouse Operations Director you will,

Oversee all warehouse operations nationally to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.Develop and implement strategies to optimise logistics processes and warehouse performance.Lead and manage a team, building performance and accountability, to meet organisational objectives.As a key member of the SLT, align warehouse operations with business goals, supporting current and future businessEnsure health and safety regulations are adhered to across all operations.Drive effective systems use, to support operational dashboard and CIProfile

A successful Warehouse Operations Director should have:

Proven leadership experience supporting a multi–site warehouse operation, ideally with a track record supporting food distributionAbility to develop and implement operational strategies effectivelyBuild engagement and performance through upskilling, and succession planningAbility to tactically support management teams, as well as contributing to the SLT

Job Offer
