Job Title: Stock Control Operative

Location: Marden

Pay Rate: GBP12.26 GBP12.84 per hour

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 3 off rota, 7:00am 7:00pm

Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role We re looking for a reliable and motivated Stock Control Operative to join a busy production team. You ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of stock between our stores and packhouse areas, helping to keep production running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities Move stock to and from the stores and packhouse areas in a timely manner.

Strap, label, and prepare pallets for dispatch or storage.

Accurately record stock movements using our internal ERP system.

Work closely with production and logistics teams to maintain efficient stock flow.

Follow all health & safety and company procedures at all times.

About You Previous experience using a pallet truck is desirable (training will be provided).

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude.

Must drive due to the location of the site What We Offer Competitive hourly rate (GBP12.26 GBP12.84).
