About the Role:

As an Import LCL Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the busy import LCL department. Key Responsibilities:

Arrange air, sea, and road import bookings with precision and care.

Collaborate with overseas offices and partners to ensure seamless operations.

Manage files from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Process sales and purchases, keeping everything in order.

Update new client bookings in shared drives, ensuring pricing is accurate.

Look after key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Raise invoices and manage direct client accounts with professionalism.

Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, in line with company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

A bright, enthusiastic individual with 5+ years of general forwarding experience.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt in a busy environment.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm
