The Role:

We're looking for a proactive Goods In Manager to lead a team of 20 colleagues in our fast–paced food picking warehouse. You'll drive performance, ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time, and maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and service.

What You'll Do:

Lead, motivate, and develop your team to hit KPIs

Plan and allocate resources effectively

Promote a strong customer service and continuous improvement culture

Monitor performance and take corrective action where needed

Uphold all Health & Safety and hygiene standards

About You:

Experienced people leader within warehouse or logistics operations

Strong organisational and coaching skills

Calm under pressure with a hands–on approach

Excellent communicator and team motivator
