Location: Southampton Work Type: Ad Hoc (Mon–Fri) Pay: Weekly (PAYE / PAYE Advanced)

Driver Hire Southampton is seeking experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to support one of our top clients, specialising in general haulage deliveries across the South Coast.

Role Overview:

Drive a Class 1 curtain sider delivering palletised goodsComplete local deliveries and collections across the South CoastWork 10–12 hour days, with start times between 5:00am–7:00amNo manual handling – pallets are loaded/unloaded by forkliftFollow planned routes, complete paperwork, and stay in regular contact with the Transport OfficeRequirements:

Full UK Class 1 licence with valid CPC and Digi cardMinimum of 1 year recent Class 1 driving experienceConfident operating curtain siders, strapping loads, and handling general haulageExcellent communication, timekeeping, and professional attitudeOwn transport to reach the siteAbility to carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate Tacho recordsBenefits:
