It’s rare to find a building company that delivers both outstanding results and reliable customer care, but MD Renovations & Extensions Ltd did just that. We were so impressed, in fact, that we’ve hired them again to redesign our loft and add a dormer extension—a clear testament to the trust and satisfaction we feel. We recently worked with Marcin and were very happy with the results. His workmanship was excellent, finished to a very high standard, and the ideas he brought to the project really made a difference. Pricing was fair, and he was honest, flexible, and adaptable throughout. Communication could have been clearer at times, and timelines did slip, but Marcin always had a plan and stuck to his word. Despite a few unavoidable bumps along the way, we’re extremely pleased with the outcome and would happily recommend him to others.

Marcin is a really lovely guy and is very friendly and knowledgeable. We used MD Renovations & Extensions for a large ground floor extension followed by a bathroom renovation and then a couple of years later a large garden room along with landscaping and full re-turf of our garden. We’ve been delighted with the quality and finish of the work and Marcin is always happy to accommodate any ideas and will always find a way around any problems that may occur in a calm and confident manner. We had a vision of how we would like the garden room to look and having talked the design through with Marcin he succeeded in building a room which was better than we could have imagined! If we have any work we need to do in the future we would not hesitate to contact Marcin.
