DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, AS THERE ARE PLENTY OF BUILDERS IN GLASGOW. We initially approached Dynamic Renovations for a quote and they sent two lovely gentlemen to discuss the plans and details with us regarding the renovations. First impressions were solid but unfortunately this is where things went bad. We were initially told that it would take 10 days to generate a quote which is very long by industry standards as we have approached multiple builders whom gave us their quotes in good time (some even on the same day!) but we decided to give them the full 10 days as they made a good first impressions. In summary Dynamic Renovations delayed our quote for a total of FIVE times. As i cant post screenshots in this review i have written some excerpt of our conversation. 1.) SIX days after viewing the property Eugene: Hi is the quote ready yet? Dynamic Renovations: Good afternoon Eugene. We went in a slightly different direction for your floor and we are just exploring that first . Unfortunately we are nit finished yet . Woukd you mind giving us snother couple of days please ? Eugene: No problem :) 2.) THIRTEEN days after viewing the property Eugene: Good evening is the quote ready? Dynamic Renovations: You'll have to forgive me for delay as a member of my family has taken seriously ill . Would you mind giving me a couple of days please thank you . James Eugene: Very sorry to hear that @Dynamic RENOVATIONS. if its ok, let us know is there any colleague of yours we can speak to at the mean time, so you don't need to worry about this 2.) FIVETEEN days after viewing the property Dynamic Renovations: Hi there . I'll have your wrote completed and in by Monday at 1 . Sorry for delay again. 3.) LITERALLY YESTERDAY Dynamic Renovations: We will email it through as soon as we are finished as doing it tight now but you will definitely have it today . 7:19PM SAME DAY Dynamic Renovations: Hi, yes, we are still finalising it for you. DEAR DYNAMIC RENOVATIONS If the quote is still under revision, please forget about it. We will seek other contractors who are more reliable and definitely more punctual. It is very disappointing to bid you farewell as we used to have high hopes for you and your team, but given the quote is still unarrived on Day 19 (the initial promise was 7-10 days), we doubt your professionalism and overall attitude towards this project.
