Do not use this company. Left my job half done and very poor work and cheap goods used. Took all the money too and has cost us thousands to put right plus finish the job.

Complete rogue trader and cowboy builder.
Reviews listed are fake as Louise is his wife.
Please see Yell and other sites which show bad reviews.
Please be aware of this Carmine or Cary and companies he is associated with, he has been opening and closing numerous companies over the years, ripping off loads of people in the process.
Police are investigating and currently taking legal action against this cowboy builder.
He has overcharged one victim by tens of thousands of pounds on the agreed quote for some building work that was never finished and never met building regs. He left their home in a complete mess.
We paid upfront deposit of 90% to cover materials that he never brought for a conservatory replacement that was to take 4 - 6 weeks, he did a weeks work over 6 months period and stopped all communication with us.
I cannot explain the stress and turmoil this has caused myself and my family it makes me feel sick to the stomach that we have been fooled like this and out of pocket by 75k which we really cannot afford.
Please avoid at all costs.

We had an orangery to the rear of our property. From start to finish was an absolute joy working with Clm. Nothing was to much hassle even when we changed our minds about certain things. They made the experience a pleasure so polite and friendly and all finished to an unbelievably high standard. Would recommend them to anyone we are over the moon with ours and can guarantee you’ll have no problems.

My fence and my lean to is absolutely fabulous, the quality of Carmines carpentry and skills are 5 stars. He has made my garden a place that i want to be even the winter.
