I came to Emma after making a few mistakes in my life that had landed me in difficult situations. She has helped me reflect on these decisions to identify the root causes, along with the contributing factors, and how to better deal with them when they arise in the future. Taking the leap to therapy can be scary and daunting, but her down-to-earth and human approach to every conversation makes you feel at ease with the entire process. I started working with Emma when a good friend realised I was in a bad place even though I hadn’t noticed it properly myself. Talking to Emma, reflecting on our sessions after and listening to her podcasts has helped me in so many ways, it was like something unlocked in my head and I managed to relax a bit (even though I didn’t know everything was tense). Still got plenty to work out and find out but I feel a more confident in myself, my work, family and social life as well as my fitness levels. Positive gains physically and mentally, so pleased to have started this journey and look forward to see where it takes me.

Hard to encapsulate in a few words just how profound and impactful the work I undertook. Emma is a wonderful person who was able to nurture and support me through many transformations. She could see things I wasn't ready to see yet and would gently nudge or move me into the direction I needed to be. She would challenge me when needed but in a supportive way. I needed that and it lead to many awakenings and realisations. Emma was able to hold me in my trauma and support me to work through and face certain realities. I have had many mind-blowing moments when I have finally seen the truth and was able to start breaking free of the victim mentality that had held me back. Emma is someone I am lucky enough to call a friend now. I will always be grateful for the time and effort she has given me. I look forward to further work and exploration in the future. Emma was amazing and supporting me in unlocking my confidence after a prolonged period of fear and anxiety.
