About Me

I began my career as an engineer in the nuclear and aviation industries before moving into recruitment, where I spent over three decades as a senior manager delivering complex global recruitment programmes. Alongside delivering multi-million-pound results, I coached and mentored professionals at every stage of their careers, from graduates to senior executives. Over the last five years, I realised that my corporate role was getting in the way of my true passion: coaching and mentoring.

Now, I’ve stepped fully into that calling as a self-employed Transformational Career Coach and Mentor. My practice combines practical career expertise with accredited, ethical coaching to help my clients navigate career transitions, overcome challenges, and unlock their untapped potential.
