I had 2 phone conversations with this company explaining in detail why I needed help with a Will. They said they could help and we had a good case. An appointment was arranged for 10:00am, 10:30am no one arrived. So I phoned them and was told that there had been a mix up and they could not help? So to go to a local solicitor, so not a good service at all.

Hard sell no understanding of the customer needs. Pestered my wife whist at doctors. Only interested to grab custom & will not take no for an answer. Would rate same as" Time Share" salesmen no professionalism at all, Would NOT advice use !!
