Windows 10 will be installed upon purchase as this laptop currently runs Linux, unless you would prefer a Linux distribution installed just let me know.
As you can see from the image it is still also under warranty until September 2017 meaning if you have any manufacturer problems they can be repaired free of charge!

The CD drive cover is missing as you can see from the image but can still be ejected using File Explorer
