Horticulturist / Gardener (Estate & Private Gardens)
Are you a recently qualified horticulturist with a passion for plants and garden care? Do you dream of working in a beautiful, diverse environment? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and help maintain the stunning grounds of our estate and private gardens.
About the Role:
This position offers a varied schedule, working approximately 4-5 days a week. Your duties will include caring for shrubs, plants, flower beds, and general garden maintenance.
2 days a week: Estate grounds, focusing on plant health, pruning, and estate aesthetics.
2-3 days a week: Private household gardens, maintaining and enhancing private outdoor spaces.
Each workday is approximately 8 hours, excluding travel time and breaks. You will work as part of a team, collaborating with experienced garden professionals to ensure all gardens are beautifully maintained.
What We’re Looking For:
A recently qualified horticulturist or gardener with a keen interest in estate and private garden care
Good knowledge of shrubs, plants, pruning techniques, and garden design principles
Enthusiastic, reliable, eager to learn, and motivated to develop your horticultural skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A genuine passion for creating and maintaining beautiful gardens
