I have used Roc a number of times in the past with great results every time, the latest project of mine was to waterproof a clients basement of which was made very easy with Roc by my side. Both my clients and I were very impressed with there work ethics.

Despite showing Peter nothing but kindness and patients he has completely taken advantage of me. This job dates back to 2022 and is still incomplete here in 2025. A straightforward tanking job in a basement in Brighton. I was told it would be complete in 3 weeks. The workmanship has been poor. Much of the original work had to be redone. I dont have certificates and warranties that i have been charged for and promised. Much of the jobs in the quote that have been paid for remain incomplete. I have been fed a web of lies and fake stories as to why i have not received the services i have paid for. I have been told he did the work personally and not through a company as the money was transfered into a personal account. Then other times he says that its through his company Roc Associates UK. I have been told i have been sent documents that have clearly not been sent and have endless excuses about how hes waiting for solicitors to draft up guarantees, how i never get his emails despite him always sending them. Peter recently lied to me and told me he had sent across our original quote with all the jobs ticked off that he had done. He assured me he had sent it that day. Upon not receiving it i questioned some of the work which he had absolutely no recollection of which is very surprising given he had just supposedly sent all this information earlier that day. If i was to show anyone the thread of messages it is really quite laughable the amount of lies and stories that have been fabricated and i look forward to how a judge will interpret all of this. There was a huge gap in work happening where i gave Peter the benefit of the doubt as to why he was unable to work despite having being charged for the work. However throughout this period i can see many many reviews from work he has taken on in that time frame. It is most unfortunate that i now have to spend time leaving negative reviews (which is extremely unusual for me) and take time out of my busy schedule to take Peter to court. Please be very weary of doing any work with this Person. Its really unfortunate that this person would treat a customer that has been so nice to him so poorly. I assume he will say this review is fake to which i would suggest doing a little research into this Job as i will be posting about my experience over the upcoming weeks after taking Peter to court.
