On 8th October we’ll be introducing our brand new Hollywood Diner and we are looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to help manage the team and launch our new and exciting menu!

Located on the Riverside Development in Norwich our centre not only has a brand new diner but has had a complete makeover, making an even better place to be!

About the role:
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as our Kitchen Team Leader. In this role you’ll take on the responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen. You’ll lead the kitchen team on shift to ensure that hot and tasty food is delivered to our customers each and every time.

You’ll need to keep the kitchen running safely and efficiently – so your excellent teamwork and communications skills will be crucial. You’ll have exceptionally high standards and will maintain the food hygiene processes that are so important to us.

Our centres are always busy and the role is very varied. As well as leading the team you’ll be dealing with deliveries and stock rotation and most importantly you’ll be making sure that food is cooked to spec and portioned correctly.
It’s fun, fast paced and the busy weekend atmosphere gives the whole team a real buzz, so to succeed with us you’ll have to love this type of environment.

• Be aged 18 or over
• Have a passion for cooking
• Have at least one years’ experience in a catering role
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
• Be able to lead a team
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• The ability to build good working relationships with team members and customers
• Flexible around working hours and shift pattern
• Sociable with an outgoing personality!
