Up and running with basically only rear fender to be fitted with indics/tail light - left it off for new owner as you might choose to repaint whole bike before using it or bolt it back on and mot and off you pop.
NO OFFERS - at just £3.5k its £2000.00++++ less than it owes me already. If you want to px then dont be expecting an unrealistic Retail price for yours.
Paid £4000.00 for this and spent another £1335++++. Plus 75++++ hours spent so far at over £3750+++ labour, therefore NO offers. Built to a much higher standard than Kawa ever did....
Powder coating £1000.00, Bearings £100.00, New Battery still in box £50.00, Front tyre £110, £100+ on fork gaiters/clamps/oil/seals/dust caps/paint, 4x new led indicators. New Air filter, New oil filter, new NGK plugs. New All Balls steering head bearings and seals, various suspension bearings and seal, many tins paint. Front & rear brake discs cleaned/painted with all bolts wire brushed and chemically blackened. Rear pully powdercoated. New front and rear wheel bearings and seals. Both wheels and rear hub, exhaust, chain cover, engine cover, valve covers all powdercoated and or painted in custom dark Bronze colour and fully re-assembled with pully/discs/etc etc. Custom seat on std base along with stock seat. Plus many, many unpaid hours labour so far. Back tyre is vgc.
Motor stripped, sanded and painted in High Temp paint.
Swingarm & rear shock fitted, Yokes fitted.
Bought June 2021 with intentions of building a Club Style bike (think SOA without being a man sausage…) with fairing or something more radical but…got it stripped and all bits that needed to be were powdercoated (ESP Glasgow) immediately, fitted new front tyre, stripped forks & fitted new seals, oil and dust covers and painted legs, made new s/s custom upper fork covers, strip and rebuild/paint rear shock, Painted yokes and few other bits and then……did nothing for a while.
It’s a 2013 SE model with only 20k miles on it. More modern, comfortable, faster and cheaper than a Harley Sporty – and many Dynas.
Even more work done: Engine sanded down & repainted in high temp paint. All nuts n bolts wire brushed, chemically blacked n rust proofed then painted took many hours! New battery, Air filter, Plugs, Oil filter, Wiring loom cleaned/washed/lubed all plugs. New battery tray & cover. Engine and Rear shock now fully assembled.
Have a full digital picture record of teardown etc for reference.
Comes with the oem panniers but they are basically scrap – seriously overpriced cheap OEM Kwak crap – seen better for £50 and these were nearly £500!
Ave asking price now around £5500 for a stock one, needing all this work done no doubt! and they aint going down in price in my lifetime.........and Kawa have replaced it with a piddly 650 now.

Price is firm – that’s means no offers. Why pay full price than have to strip a bike to find out what it needs before you start to make it yours when this one is done already? This is one of the few sought after machines that are rocketing in price just now and it’s at the perfect stage where you can quickly finish it how you like without having to strip it first.
There is a new mini number plate and side mount kit comes with the bike and the oem seat in good condition and any other left over oem parts as per pics.
Whats it need now? – we left the tank & fenders in stock paint, upto you the new owner to pick a colour scheme to finish – no point in fitting rear fender/light/new indicators as you only need to remove again to paint. Or use as is, stick in juice and a ticket and go. You could go gloss/satin black to match the rest or as we thought use a matt metallic gold shade – same as Kult-werk Sportster S.
