Senior IT Project Manager - Hybrid - Newcastle - £50,000-£55,000

We're working with a growing transport business who are looking to hire a Project Manager to join their PMO team.

This role is perfect for organised individual that wants to work on a range of projects and deliver results efficiently. This is a hybrid role - working 2/3 days a week onsite in the Newcastle office and 2/3 days a week from home.

The successful Project Manager will be delivering on a range of projects for the retail and customer solutions department. In addition, the PM will assist the IT team to ensure the delivery of projects

The Role

End-to-end delivery across the project's life

Liaising with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers

5 years experience in IT and Business Project Manager roles

Ability to manage several projects simultaneously

Assist in managing the projects to successful delivery within Prince 2 project governance structures

Strong stakeholder management experience

Delivery-focused output is essential

Multitude of projects including IT, Infrastructure, Application, Security, and Business

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with risk assessment practices and Health & Safety Policy requirements.

Projects are multi-faceted and have a range of workstreams and stakeholders, both inside and outside the business

The Successful Candidate

Qualified to degree standard or equivalent

Excellent written and oral communication

Prince 2 Project Practitioner Qualification

Technically oriented Project Manager

Experience in delivering complex IT projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Demonstrable ability to successfully managing complex multi-faceted projects to time and budget

Excellent Stakeholder Engagement
