About 40 miles above the Artic circle you will find this property. The house is a 2 floor house with basement and about 72sqm per floor.

First floor has a hallway, living room with an open fireplace, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven etc. Cutlery also included.

But you are not completly alone, next door neighbour is 200meters away and there is about 20 persons living in the village permanently. 10 miles away is a little bigger village with public school 1-9 grade, kindergarden, foodstore,busstation, resturant,pub etc. Luleå airport is a 2 hour drive away and Pajala airport is 1 hour away. Rovaniemi and Kittilä airports in Finland is also about 2 hours drive away.

In wintertime there are plenty of direct flights from London to Rovaniemi and Kittilä airports and a direct flight to Luleå airport from London is also ongoing So the rest of the world is not that far away though it sometimes seems like that.

Snowmobiling and skiing is just outside the front porch and wildlife just outside the window. Moose and reindeer are frequent guests. Kalixriver with great salmon fishing is just 8 miles away and it is about 200meters to the lake where you can swim or go fishing.


The house is sold completly furnished as seen on pictures with everything included so very easy to move in.
