I went to SWift Hypnotherapy Solution for smoking cessation. I found the assesment and treatment session accomodating, non-judgemental, open-minded and friendly, which allowed me to be as receptive as possible for treatment. I now feel empowered to cope with life's stress in a manner that enables me to make good life choices and am proud of the progress I have made.
