Description
I'm training in Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy and need volunteers to practice with for free.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a safe, modern, and well researched approach to help people break the negative cycle of anxiety and low mood/moderate depression.
Currently I am looking for volunteers who would benefit from help with anxiety, low mood, depression, sleep issues, IBS, stress,, phobias, fears, PTSD, OCD, smoking, vaping, weight management and chronic pain, so if these areas are of interest to you get in touch.
As a registered student member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, I am fully insured, and have an Enhanced DBS.
