🌿 Hi, I’m Dee, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist and the face behind DLM Hypnotherapy. I help people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down make small but powerful shifts in mindset and behaviour that lead to big, lasting change.
🌿 Using a gentle blend of modern talking therapy, neuroscience, and hypnosis, I support clients to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, manage pain, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with joy. Most people notice real change in just 8–12 weeks.
