Description
Can you imagine what it would be like for things to be different?
I use cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy in a fresh, open and inclusive way. With an attitude of curiosity and exploration, I'll help you rediscover the joy in taking control of your life by discovering new ways of thinking and feeling, and turning things we avoid into challenges we overcome.
I use evidence-based methods to treat a broad range of sub-clinical issues including phobias, anxiety, panic attacks, social issues, pain control (dental, chronic and acute), insomnia, habit change, performance enhancement, focus, social anxiety and self-confidence.
Want something else? I offer hypnosis experiences if you just want to try it out, tuition for self-hypnosis, meditation, visualisation, counselling and other techniques. If you're a creative person or writer who wants to get themselves out of a rut, I also offer practical techniques for breaking out of it, along with ways of exploring your creativity through hypnosis.
