I’m Abbie, I am a qualified hypnotherapist. I specialise in helping you overcome challenges such as stress, anxiety, fears, unwanted habits, depression, confidence issue, or overcoming traumas.
We often don’t know where to start with our journey to self growth or positivity but I do believe we all have the ability to make profound and positive change with a little guidance.
Through gentle, tailored hypnotherapy sessions; Using safe, solution focused, Cognitive behavioural (CBT) and Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) techniques, I can support you to in letting go of difficult patterns of negative thinking, reduce stress, overwhelm and help you find calm, healing and a refreshed perspective.
My approach is warm, collaborative and non-judgmental. Whether you are navigating difficult emotions, changing unwanted habits or healing from past experiences, I’m here to provide a space for your transformation and help you become the person you truly want to be.
