Jenny is amazing. She was a life line for my daughter and myself. She has a calming nature and my daughter was made to feel at ease from the moment she met Jenny. She now considers Jenny as a friend as well as a therapist and the results have been priceless. Thank you Jenny

I worked with Jen to address issues with stress and anxiety that were effecting my performance at work and my relationships with my family. I found Jen to be warm, kind, professional and knowledgeable. I now have many tools and strategies to cope better with stress, and I enjoyed the relaxation Mp3 that addressed my sleep issues.
