HR Business Partner (12 Month FTC)

Location: Wilmslow

Compensation: £70,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience) + car allowance & excellent benefits

We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our People team based in Wilmslow. This role is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months supporting our Group Finance and Internal Audit functions through a significant period of change.

The main purpose is to work in partnership with Senior Leaders to support them to develop a people agenda that drives operational performance and is aligned with our business strategy and values, delivering our EVP. This role also has accountability for the people elements of business transformation, culture and engagement.

Responsibilities
* Act as in integral part of the Finance and Group Audit Executive Management teams.
* Support business leaders to design and manage the delivery of change, engagement, culture and transformation programmes.
* Support the development of future Target Operating Models for specific business functions.
* As part of the wider people leadership team, contribute to the development of HR and People strategies.

Experience/Qualifications
* Extensive experience of operating at a strategic HRBP level or equivalent within a similar financial services organisation.
* effective leadership and people management skills.
* Experience of supporting the development of Target Operating Models, strategic reviews and the implementation of organisation design & development.
* Highly effective influencing and stakeholder management skills to enable challenging and supporting Executive teams.
* Excellent communication skills to create partnership relationships with all levels of the business.
