Description
My name is Martha, the owner and Registered Manager for Sedcare. We are a small family-run domiciliary care agency based in Fleet, Hampshire.
We may be small, but that comes with it’s reassurances:
1. Funding care at home privately is costly. At Sedcare there are no lengthy contracts or termination fees. Our service users only pay for the care they need, and we only require one week's notice to stop care.
2. You will always have direct access to the manager who has full oversight over the service.
3. We are in the process of recruiting, so can select candidates who match with your requirements
4. Our carers are fully supported, well compensated and in-house trained to a high standard using competency based shadowing and assessments.
