Our staff have a flexible approach to their work that supports the principles of choice, control, empowerment, and re-ablement. We are committed to providing a safe, compassionate and personalised care and support service which enables our service users to retain their independence, dignity and quality of life whilst living within their own homes.
Our staff are trained to ensure that the individual is encouraged where possible to do things for themselves and to make the most of their abilities and develop new skills. Anytime Home Care, provide a diverse, flexible and responsive homecare support service includes personal care, complex care, palliative care, homebased respite support, companionship, life style support, nights sit housekeeping, etc over 365 days per year.our charges are not expensive for private client is between 16-20 per hrs.
Our emergency ‘out of office’ support service enables our service users, care staff, external partners to report any unforeseeable events/emergencies to a Duty manager who supported by a dedicated out of hour team, is able to respond to/ offer guidance and take appropriate action where necessary.
