Although I described my family's specific care needs this company wasted my time for months, sent me documents to sign in other people's name. Booked an appointment to visit they didn't turn up with out me calling to ask where they were. They wasted my time so now I have a very short window of time to find another care agency. They are time wasters. I have reported them to CQC. Avoid.

I work as a carer since 2013, and i mainly worked for big companies like: Thr good care group, Corinium care, Helping hands and in those companies you are just a number and if you were in a difficult placement it was a long wait until somebody came to see you if they came at all. A lots of time care plans were not in accordance with reality. Walfinch Surrey a small company, they care very much about their carer and their well being and they also care about their clients being good taken care of.very mindful when asked for time off and on the opposite of the bigger companies, i have never been put of work. Excellent company
