We are a CQC registered company providing home care and support to clients all over the west midlands. We understand that everyone's needs are unique and work with our clients to identify and meet these, delivering care and support in a dignified, kind and compassionate manner.
Our staff are trained in line with recommendations by skills for care, meeting both statutory and mandatory training guidelines, along with other specialised trained as per our clients needs. Additionally, thorough vetting is also conducted to safeguard our clients from abuse. We engage our clients every step of the way, ensuring care is planned and continues to be delivered as they wish, and to a satisfactory standard. No concern is ever too small.
Our charges vary depending on the level of support needed and whether the visit requires one or two team members, but prices generally start from £20 for one team member. Live-in and night care are offered at discounted rates to make longer hours of support more affordable.
