Hotel Room Attendant Job Description
You will be tasked with a combination of cleaning duties for each hotel room and public areas. You will be also tasked to assist our guests with the breakfast in the morning. You will be trained to use the prescribed cleaning procedures, solutions and equipment and should follow hotel standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
 Help the guests with the buffet breakfast. Keep kitchen and breakfast room clean and tidy.
 Complete cleaning tasks on assigned rooms, hotel areas and floors within the prescribed timeframes.
 Carry towels, linens, toiletry and cleaning supplies, using the assigned hotel wheeled carts.
 Perform the cleaning in accordance with hotel standards, safety and cleanliness standards.
 Clean waste bins and disposes of all trash and waste items from rooms.
 Replenish bathroom items.
 Ensure that service carts are well-stocked for the assigned floors and hotel areas.
 Sweep, mop and polish floors, using approved hotel cleaning tools.
 Clean rugs and carpets, upholsteries, curtains and draperies, using specified vacuum cleaners
 Dust window blinds and rearrange draperies to their original placements.
Skills and Specifications (Management expectations)
 Should be dependable, responsible, honest and hard working
 Should be able to follow directions
 Should have good interpersonal skills to get along with other people
 Should have manual dexterity in the use of cleaning tools and appliances
 Should have a cheerful disposition and willing to work under dirty conditions
Working hours/shifts
 Full time, 40 hours per week
 5 days per week. From 07:00 to 15:00
 Paid holidays and breaks. Uniform provided. Complimentary food & drinks
