We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a highly established restaurant on the Suffolk Coast. The venue is conveniently located near Aldeburgh, Southwold, and Saxmundham, making it easily accessible from surrounding areas. Known locally for its quality food and consistent service, it attracts both regular guests and visitors with a strong core menu and changing specials.
The Role

About You
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head ChefStrong leadership and team management skillsPassion for contemporary, seasonal cuisineCommercially aware with good cost controlFull UK driving licence and own transport (essential)
