Are you a Formulation Chemist with experience in coatings or polyurethane systems, looking to lead innovation and technical strategy within a growing manufacturer?

The company are a leading UK manufacturer of coatings and systems for sport and recreational surfaces.

Operating from its Suffolk base, the company supplies its specialist product range across the UK and international markets, while also representing global brands in tennis, padel and athletic surface solutions.

This is a key leadership position, responsible for overseeing technical service, R&D, QA and QC functions, playing a vital role in driving innovation, ensuring product quality and supporting continued business growth.

This role would suit a technically strong leader with experience in coatings and product development, looking to make a strategic impact.

The Role:

Lead product development and innovation across coating formulationsManage the full lifecycle of new product development projectsEstablish and maintain technical standards, ensuring consistent product qualityTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issuesEvaluate raw materials and maintain supplier specificationsProvide technical support to customers and internal sales teamsThe Person:
