For sale is my 1997 Honda CG 125 BR-T. Bought this back in 2022 as a CAT N project and once I got it running, painted and MOT'd, I used it for over a year until I sat my full licence. I had it painted in Toyota "Super Red 3E5" and had new stickers custom made, as you can't buy them anywhere. It's also had a front disc brake upgrade, as these came with drum brakes all round. At some point the bike has had replacement clocks, previous MOTs show it went from 35k to 11k, so I'd estimate it's around 40k miles.

Unfortunately once I passed my test and got a bigger bike towards the end of last year, this has sat unused. I gave it a bit of a carb clean and took it for an MOT in July, which it passed with only an advisory for the rear tyre getting low on tread and crack in the front mudguard. I was planning to get it back up and running properly for sale, but I've had no time to do so.

Before I got my new bike, it was in daily use for my daily commute to and from work. Just a 10 mins ride each way, but was a great wee runabout.

Currently it's got pretty old fuel in it and doesn't want to start. So I'm selling as non-running. If I had time, I'd probably just buy a new carb and stick that on, as I'm not too familiar with carb rebuilding, and they're very cheap (around £30 for a good one).

Could benefit from a new exhaust, handle bars and mirrors - purely from an cosmetic point of view. No issues with them, just a bit tatty.

A few bits of surface rust here and there, but nothing structural. Paintwork isn't perfect, especially on the tank, but it's pretty good overall.

Also comes with a Haynes manual, black painted carb cover plate and a spare inner tube.

Obviously the bike will need transported away as it's not currently running.
