Tree lined street, fantastic transport links to all of London and beyond, respectful neighbours, great amenities well within walking distance. Pets are allowed, shower room (no bath), kitchen leads directly on to the sole use garden which is quiet and peaceful and sunny. Flat has good storage and has a lifetime tenancy.
Looking for a 1 (2 if under occupancy is allowed) bed GROUND FLOOR WITH OWN GARDEN ONLY PLEASE, in Worthing, Brighton, Hove and possibly Eastbourne areas. Pets must be allowed, lifetime tenancies only will be considered.
Please do not ask if this is available. It's a swap, not a private rental. And please don't offer anything that does not fit my requirements.
