What I have:
Three bedroom Apartment in Elephant and Castle, two large double bedrooms and one single bedroom.
kitchen and front room are separate with a Balcony that connects from front room ( good sized balcony), there are two toilets one in bathroom with bath/shower and one in the wetroom. A large cupboard in the hallway which is utility cupboard for washing machine and storage. You also have access to the 1st floor public garden. There is Video intercom security and access from flat directly very secure building no way on to each floor without resident key. There is also elephant and castle springs, range of restaurants, a book store, barbers less than 5mins away. Sainsbury, Elephant and castle underground and train station are about a 5 minute walk away. There is secured underground parking with allocated parking stop for my apartment.
Assured tenancy, housing association £1300 including all service charges per month (Full Housing Benefit cover this).
Animals are allowed.
What I would like:
Looking for a four bed house, maisonette or spacious flat open to areas with assured/secured tenancy would prefer Lambeth/Southwark but open to areas.
