It is in a quite cul-de-sac, a short walk from the High Street, which is five miles from Swansea City Centre. It is kept clean & tidy at all times, and so in the outside area; back and front gardens being maintained on a regular basis.

There is a regular First Cymru bus service from the main street, with another service two minutes walk from my front door, this service linking with other services along the route.

The property consists of an entrance hall, leading to a kitchen with plumbing for a washing machine, together with connection points for gas and/or electric cookers and a fridge freezer. There is a combination boiler in the kitchen for hot water and central heating - radiators throughout. The bathroom has a bath and shower, wash basin and WC (toilet), with a large mirror behind the door and a fitted roller blind.

A swap to a ground floor flat. It needs to be close to a bus service, shopping and other amenities, with a doctors surgery not too far away. Anything within a few miles of the Swansea, Neath or Port Talbot areas would be preferred.
