Looking to exchange for a bungalow hove area

I'm looking on behalf of my father-in-law who is 72 and brother and law he has a two-bedroom house in coldene Brighton near to the football stadium it's a nice quiet Road he lives in. He has front and back garden kitchen and dining room and two bedrooms good size and a bathroom and toilet upstairs also. Close tool transport and schools and amenities not far from Brighton town had a new kitchen fitted recently he is looking to do a mutual exchange with someone in the Hove area and it needs to be a bungalow because of his health conditions no flats as he needs a garden. His wife passed away recently and just desperately wants to move as it's making him and brother-in-law really depressed because of too many memories and it's more of a family home.
