I am looking for similar but idealy a house conversion with private garden or balcony in a peaceful area. 2nd bedroom if under occupancy allowed. Ideally in Ealing, but open to W/NW/SW/Central London, or along Elizabeth line. No estates or high rise blocks!

My bedroom and living room are HUGE, with v large windows, so always filled with light and so spacious.

I've had all my flat painted white recently, bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and hallway walls, ceilings, skirting boards and doors. With original stripped and varnished floorboards in living, bedroom and hallway. So looking for similar.

My kitchen and bathroom have also both been refurbished and are in excellent condition. Full bath with shower. Compact but perfectly functional kitchen. Combi boiler so instant hot water!

Double glazing and gas central heating. V well insulated, so low heating bills. Windows have a security lock, ideal if you want to keep them open but locked in summer.

I also have 2 enormous storage spaces.

Communal gardens front and back.

I'm on the ground floor of a low rise flat (up to 2nd floor only), street facing. Quiet tree lined road, peaceful neighbourhood, private neighbours, I'm on friendly terms with opposite and above me.

Near 3 train and 2 tube stations. Only 5 mins walk to high street with Aldi, Sainsbury, Asda, Tesco, fruit n veg market, lots of cafes, fast food, pubs, Turkish and other restaurants, 2 gyms, 3 parks, gorgeous canal walkway, Tottenham marshes, Tottenham stadium, 2 libraries, schools, College.

A lot of regeneration going on, 2 Costa coffees on High Rd, posh pub, organic cafes. Upcoming area. V diverse and cosmopolitan.

I absolutely love my flat, and am so comfortable here. But really need to move closer to my elderly and ill mother in West London now. Fexible with area, be it W/SW/NW/Central London, along Elizabeth line as long as its safe and flat is in clean and good condition like mine.
