It’s L&Q Housing Association with Right to Buy modern new-build. The station is directly across from the flat, yet it’s very quiet as my home is positioned at the back in a unique v shape style setting on a quite road. Trains reach London within just 10 minutes, making travel anywhere very convenient.

Shops are close by — Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Aldi are all within 5 minutes’ walk, also having 2 high streets either way full of all different shops, along with a local park 5 mins way. Pets allowed and there is access to permit parking as we have a private L and Q parking area for residents. There is also an electric charging point on the road.

The flat is on the third floor including 6 mini flights of stairs 6-7 steps on each one (no lift) no one above me. Rent is £580.
