The property is spread across four floors with my own front door to the property and includes both a front and rear shared garden. However, I have private access to the rear garden through my house and have been the sole user of the garden during my 13-year residency. The rear garden also features four sheds, measuring 11x8, 8x8, 4x4, and 4x4 which are myn respectively.,property has large dining area , large kitchen, plenty storage
Over the years, I have invested significantly in refurbishing the property, with over £10,000 spent on recent upgrades, including a new kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The house is in excellent condition, with double-glazed windows installed five years ago and two WC facilities available within the property, lots off storage area

The location is highly convenient, with a primary schools, secondary school bus stop, train station, and shopping amenities all within a 2-3 minute walking distance.

Relocation Preferences:

I am now looking to relocate to Hackney, ideally in the E8 area near Queensbridge Road. Due to health reasons, I require a property with a WC on the same floor as the bedroom. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance regarding properties that meet these
